Before seeking technical support, please look at these common quick fixes:
Make sure that you have the latest version of the software. You can find out the latest released version from our Web site or select "Check for Updates" within the Windows short-cut menu where the application was installed.
This will check to update your application to the latest build if one is available.
You must be connected to the internet to validate your current version against any new versions available for update on the web. A “Software Subscription Service” may or may not be required in order to update your product.

If you are getting an actual error message, try restarting the system, make sure nothing else is running and run the program again. You would be surprised how many times this fixes the "problem".
Try simulating the problem on other systems if possible. If you do not experience the same problem on other systems, it will help us to know that the problem is isolated to one particular system.
